Connected Systems
Connected Systems in the Workspace Modules group holds two shared platform modules that FluidGrids relies on: Integrations and Export.
Integrations
Integrations (/integrations) is where connections to outside tools live. FluidGrids' Credentials sidebar item opens its Connections screen directly; this section covers the rest of the module.
Overview
The overview is subtitled Connect your workspace to external services and tools. It shows four stats — Active Connections, Installed Providers, Pending Auth, Errors — a Recent Connections list with View all, and two quick actions:
- Add Connection — connect to an external service (the same dialog described under Credentials).
- Browse Providers — open the Provider Catalog.
Provider Catalog
Browse, install, and manage integration providers. Every provider the workspace can connect to is listed with its category (AI & ML, Analytics, Calendar, Cloud Storage, Communication, CRM, Developer Tools, Email, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Productivity, Project Management, Social, Support, Other) and its authentication type (OAuth 2.0, API Key, Basic Auth, Bearer Token, Service Account). Filter by category, auth type, or plugin status. A provider must be installed before a connection can be made to it; most are installed by default.
Connections
The list of connections and the connection detail view — Test Connection, Refresh Token, Revoke, Delete, health and last-used information. Fully described under Credentials.
Settings
Integrations Settings (Connection Settings, OAuth Configuration, Security) is restricted to workspace administrators; other roles see Access Denied.
Export
Export (/export), subtitled Export your workspace data in multiple formats, lets you export workspace data — including workflow definitions and run history — as downloadable files. New Export walks through selecting the data, choosing the format, and reviewing the export; Active Exports and Recent Exports track progress and history. Exports are subject to a per-plan limit (Export Limit Reached).
Use Export when you need run history beyond your plan's retention window or want workflow definitions in your own backup.
